This learning portal is intended for users of Avaya.

Avaya telephone course

The learning portal gives access to complete tailor made courses on all recent Avaya telephones. Currently we have courses available for the following models: 4602, 4610, 4620, 4621, 2410, 9620, 9630, 9640, 9650 and 6408 and for the voicemail systems Audix and Modular Messaging.

Registration is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Enter your (work) email address
2. Enter your password (6-15 characters)
3. Click on 'Login'
4. When registering, include the following details:
   • Your full name
   • Your telephone number
5. You are logged in
